Privacy PolicyBunkered · Redlark Holdings LLC
Last updated 14 August 2026
This policy covers Bunkered, the spirits-collection app published by Redlark Holdings LLC. It describes what the app collects, why, and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What Bunkered collects
- Your Google account details
- When you sign in with Google we receive your email address, your name, and your profile picture URL. We use them to identify your account and to keep your collection attached to you. We do not use your email for marketing, and there is no mailing list.
- The collection you enter
- Bottle names, categories, brands, ages, ABV, distilleries, batch and barrel numbers, ratings, tasting notes, and — if you record them — the price you paid, when you bought it and where from.
- Photos you take or choose
- Photographs of bottles and labels that you attach to an entry, or photograph in order to scan.
- Ordinary server logs
- Our backend records the time of a request, which endpoint it hit, and the account it belonged to, so that failures can be diagnosed. These are retained for a limited period by our hosting provider.
What Bunkered does not collect
- No location data.
- No contacts, calendars, health data or browsing history.
- No advertising identifiers, and no advertising.
- No analytics or tracking SDKs. Nothing in the app follows you across other apps or websites, and nothing is sold or shared with data brokers.
Label scanning sends your photo to Google
When you use the scan feature, the photograph you took is sent to Google Cloud’s Vertex AI so that the text on the label can be read and used to fill in the form. This happens only when you choose to scan — photos you simply attach to a bottle are never sent for analysis.
Google processes that image on our behalf as a service provider. It is not used to train Google’s models under the terms that apply to Google Cloud customers.
Where your data is stored
Bunkered runs on Google Cloud. Your collection is stored in Firestore and your photos in Cloud Storage, both in the United States, under a path that is specific to your account. Access rules restrict each account’s data to that account.
If you are outside the United States, using Bunkered means your data is transferred to and stored there.
Getting your data out
Settings → Your Data will export your entire collection as JSON or CSV and hand it to the share sheet. The JSON export is complete and can be read back; the CSV is one row per bottle for spreadsheets. You do not have to ask us for a copy, and you do not need an account with anyone else to read it.
Deleting your data
You can delete any bottle or any item from inside the app at any time, and that removal is permanent.
To delete your entire account and everything attached to it, email privacy@redlarkholdings.com from the address you signed in with. We will remove your collection, your photos and your account record, and confirm when it is done. In-app account deletion is planned.
Children
Bunkered is about whiskey. It is not directed at children and should not be used by anyone below the legal drinking age where they live.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or what we do with it, we will update the date at the top and, where the change is significant, say so in the app.
